If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please note of the following guidelines when returning a product
Refund and Return Policy
It is necessary to contact us first before returning the item(s) or goods. Return without our approval will not be processed. Refund policy does not apply at any situations including damaged, lost, wrong or incomplete address given. All returns must be made with the items in good and original condition within 7 days of arrival. Customer is not satisfy with our products can ask for refund ony if we sent them the wrong items or wrong size and We will not accept any USED items for return.
It can usually take up to 3 days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on which return method you use. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition.
We will have full refund to customers if the item ran out of stock but shipping & handling charges will not be able to refund for the original order.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal transit. Please also retain all proof of return, this implies the returning parcel should be sent with tracking number
Please take photos about the damaged/wrong goods and email us before returning. We shall take appropriate actions to solve the problem. Customers may request us resending the goods but we would not bear any additional shipping cost in this case.
